The brain is affected by factors that we do not always see in our daily lives. Everything from the food we eat, the small bad habits we have formed over the years, and the extent to which we use the brain:

All these factors play a role in the development of our mental strength, sometimes increase our intelligence and sometimes lower.

Some habits have been known to lower intelligence by killing brain cells or promote mental stagnation, but fortunately you can learn not to destroy your most vital organ by avoiding these bad habits.
